For the past 10 years, I worked at board level at BRE Group, where I led major commercial transformations, with a particular focus on digital and data. As President of BRE America and Chairman of BRE China, I led the company's international expansions. Beyond this, I am proud of having led and supported wellbeing and mental health initiatives, with the aim of creating a safer and happier environment for all.

As Chief Executive of BRE, I chaired Frameworks to build a better Britain, a series of roundtables and interviews with planners, architects, policy-makers, and construction experts about the future of the built environment.
